- The address of the property and the town it is in.
- Whether it is your home, a rental or a business.
- What you want painted: certain rooms, the full interior, the exterior, cabinets, a deck or a fence.
- The approximate size of the house or the number of rooms.
- The year it was built, if known. Homes from before 1978 come under lead paint rules.
- Whether an HOA has to approve exterior colors.
- Photos of the areas, including any peeling, cracks, stains or mildew.
What happens next
We set a time for a free estimate, walk the job and measure it. A written quote follows, with the prep, the paint and the price. When you accept it, we agree a start date. Exterior jobs are booked for dry weather.
